In 2005, BULE acquired 65% of the shares of DLAX, becoming a cleaning equipment company and international cleaning equipment brand across China and Europe, the company is located in Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, covering an area of about 20,000 ㎡.

In October 2007, the second general meeting of shareholders was held to re-establish the development plan of TDB DALX for the next five years. TDB DALX will be branded as a new joint venture company, focusing on the Asian market and transferring the production center and R&D center to China by 2015.
